Wellness Service – Not Medical Advice

No Doctor-Patient Relationship

No doctor-patient relationship is created between you and Extend.Health, its employees, contractors, or any healthcare professionals who may contribute content. Nothing on our platform should be construed as creating such a relationship.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Consulting with qualified healthcare providers before making health-related decisions
• Evaluating whether our recommendations are appropriate for your individual circumstances
• Monitoring your own health and seeking medical attention when needed
• Understanding that individual results may vary
• Stopping any protocol if you experience adverse effects

Device Data Limitations

When you connect wearable devices:

• Consumer-grade accuracy: Wearable devices provide estimates, not medical-grade measurements
• Not diagnostic: Device data cannot diagnose medical conditions
• Data may be incomplete or inaccurate: Sync issues or device errors may occur
• Third-party providers: We are not liable for device manufacturer issues

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extend.Health from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, implementation of any recommendations, or violation of these Terms.

Device Integrations Terms

By connecting a wearable device or health tracking app:

• You authorize Extend.Health to access aggregated health data from that provider
• You represent that you have the legal right to share this data
• You consent to our Privacy Policy regarding device data handling
• You understand you can disconnect devices at any time

Third-party providers' terms apply. We make no warranties about data accuracy, completeness, or device integration uptime.

Subscription Terms

Annual Subscriptions: Billed yearly via Stripe. Auto-renewal applies unless canceled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Subscription.

No Partial Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable. Access continues until the period ends.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: New Annual subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days by emailing support@extend.health.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials
• Provide false health information
• Use the service for anyone under 18
• Reverse-engineer our algorithms
• Scrape, data mine, or extract content systematically
• Use the service for illegal purposes

Children's Use

Extend.Health is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, Extend.Health will notify you promptly as required by applicable law (including GDPR and US state laws).

Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, protocols, and materials are owned by Extend.Health and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without written permission.

Governing Law and Disputes

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
